Fees/Insurance

We participate with most insurance companies.  We file all insurance claims for each service.  Once payment is received, you will be billed for any remaining balance.  Co-payments must be paid at the time of service.  We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  If an insurance company only reimburses the patient, you will be billed directly for the service.

Statements are mailed on a monthly basis.  We ask that all balances be paid promptly.  Since we realize that larger fees, such as those for procedures can impose a financial burden, special payment arrangements can be made with the office manager for any patient balance.  An estimate of the charges for any procedure will be given upon request.  We encourage you to ask questions regarding our fees.  You can receive details from our office manager.

NOTE:  If you are being seen as a result of an automobile accident or personal injury involving a lawsuit, we will bill your PIP and/or health insurance.  Any remaining balance will be billed to you.  We do not wait for settlement of your claim since this can take several years in some cases.  Payment arrangements can be made on any balance that is your responsibility.
